Trick or Treat?

Halloween Yoga!

Trick or Treat?

Trick or treat?

The power goes out when you have a full workday planned or your car gets a flat while rushing to a meeting? These can seem like life is playing tricks on us, but are they disguised treats instead?

Yes, couldn’t it all be a treat, if we shift the way we look at things? The power going out forcing us into an opportunity to play outside or do yoga with your kids or the flat tire ends up introducing us to a new friend:) I want to be that little Halloween spirit in your ear saying, ” It’s not a trick, it’ a treat!”

I invite you for the month of October, to partake in this mantra. “It’s a treat!”

We at Wee Yogis have prepared lots of TREATS for you this October!!!

Dem Bones (Classic Children’s Song)

Teaches children the names of bones and to love their body.

Instruct your children to come into Mountain Pose and then when the song plays touch the bone that we are singing about and then shake dem bones!

Dem bones, dem bones, dem dry bones,
Dem bones, dem bones, dem dry bones,
Dem bones, dem bones, dem dry bones,
Now shake dem skeleton bones!..
