Wee Yogis offers fun yoga classes for children of all ages – including exciting yoga for toddlers. Toddlers are at the fun age where they can really explore and get to learn about themselves, their body, and the world around them. Yoga for toddlers has a lot of benefits, and it is a fun way for parents and toddlers to bond.
The toddler years are a time of great cognitive, emotional and social development. The very definition of children this age has to do with movement; the word “toddler” is derived from “to toddle”, which means to walk unsteadily, like children this age generally do. When children explore movement, balance, and breath through yoga for toddlers classes, they get to improve their coordination and motor skills.

A fun, family-style learning for toddlers and kids under five. This is an interactive and fun way for children to learn from one another while enjoying fun instructional yoga music. Babies learn how to explore different yoga poses from toddlers, toddlers learn by teaching babies, and parents enjoying the family bonding activities. Get your children dancing, singing, and even doing yoga in this playful musical experience.
In this fun, silly interactive Singalong your little one will magically learn yoga! We will be singing all of your Wee Yogis Favorites: Catcow, Downward dog, Little Monkeys and more
Let’s go on a magical journey to Yoga Land! In this fun, silly, interactive class your little one will magically learn yoga through play, with music, singing, dancing and games and more. We will play with the cats & the cows & the downward dogs & learn all about the sun’s MAGIC.
Family Yoga classes are designed to introduce mindfulness and yoga for toddlers and children from ages 2-8 through music, fun, and interactive play. We help kids stay connected to their child like freedom through the use of yoga, mindfulness, music, and movement. Children will develop balance, coordination, focus, and will release stress, gain confidence and learn to express themselves.
Classes include fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness exercises.
